

Gordon Power
Gordon started his career in private equity in 1984 with Guinness Mahon, by 1997 he had founded the private equity business ProVen Private Equity (now re-named Beringea) and led its buy-out from Guinness Mahon. Through ProVen and subsequently Earth Capital Holdings, he has spearheaded the creation and marketing of funds, co-investments and the investment and exit of deals through over 500 independent financial advisers and over 200 banks, insurance companies, mutual funds and high net worth family offices. Following his successful exit of ProVen, Gordon created a new investment vehicle with Stephen Lansdown, Earth Capital Holdings which has invested in a platform of fund managers and funds.
Throughout his career Gordon has assisted and raised capital for over 250 businesses.

James Thompson
James is the Chief Executive of Alexander Hutton, Inc., Seattle’s oldest investment banking firm, where he leads transactions across industries and drives the firm’s growth. With extensive experience in corporate finance and operational leadership, James has closed 50+ transactions and raised $300M+ in growth capital.
Previously CFO and CEO of HaloSource, he led an $80M AIM IPO and its subsequent sale to Strix, PLC. He also serves on the boards of Brown Strauss, Inc., ImageSource Inc., and Montana Ambassadors, fostering economic development in Montana. Additionally, he advises the Entrepreneurship Center at Seattle University. James holds a BBA from Gonzaga University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington.
