

Florence Seabright
Florence is Chief Operating Officer at Earth Capital, optimising the company’s operations across fundraising, M&A and growth advisory, and developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth and ensure the business is future-ready. Previously, she has been the founder and director of two SMEs based in the UK, in the Health & Wellness and Property Development industries. In 2023, she successfully exited the business she started at university and joined the Earth Capital team to draw on her entrepreneurial and operational experience in the venture space.

Emma Bickerstaffe
Emma is a Growth Advisor at Earth Capital and Co-Founder of Sustainable Coach, with 15+ years’ experience in financial services, impact investing and ESG consulting. As former MD of Holtara Sustainability (Apex Group), she grew the team from 10 to 150 across four regions. She co-founded The Big Exchange, an impact investing platform created with The Big Issue and leading asset managers. Previously at HSBC, Emma served on the UK Executive Committee and as Chief of Staff to the CEO, leading strategy and cultural change. She brings a unique blend of strategic vision, capital markets expertise and purpose-driven leadership.

Elif Gecici
Elif is currently an Analyst at Earth Capital, where she conducts market research, supports M&A activities and enhances investor materials. She previously gained experience as a Junior Financial Analyst at Oakley Capital. She holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Bayes Business School.

Renita Eremita
Renita is an accomplished Marketing Manager with a proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement. She has consistently driven growth and elevated brand presence across diverse industries. At Earth Capital, Renita leads the development and execution of campaigns that deeply resonate with the target audience, strengthening the brand’s connection with its community. Renita excels in utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and deliver measurable results. As a certified Digital Marketer, she is passionate about staying ahead of industry trends, ensuring her strategies remain innovative and effective.
