The funding was co-led by Ufi Ventures, the UK’s specialist investor in adult EdTech, and Haatch, a prominent early-stage venture fund with additional investment secured from the Stakeholderz Syndicate angel group.
Based in Aberdeen and founded in 2022 by Iain Taylor and Rory Fraser, Chorus provides an AI-enabled training platform tailored to safety-critical sectors such as utilities, energy and infrastructure. The platform streamlines compliance, tracks employee competence and delivers industry-specific content developed with sector partners – reducing risk, improving performance and supporting the energy transition.
Chorus is on a mission to make training more accessible and effective for frontline teams. Designed for real-world operations, its intuitive, mobile-first tools help organisations deliver essential learning quickly and efficiently, keeping workforces safe, compliant and ready for change.
