We are excited to announce that Florence Seabright has been promoted from Commercial Lead to Chief Operating Officer of Earth Capital.

Florence joined the business in July 2023 to help support the company’s increased emphasis on advisory services, building strong relationships with sustainability-focused entrepreneurs and investors. Since then she has played an instrumental role in developments across the business, including our rebranding from Stakeholderz to Earth Capital, our inaugural summit, and our advice on the sale of Net Zero Now to Ecologi.

Responsible for optimising the company’s operations across fundraising, M&A and growth advisory, Florence will work as a key member of Earth Capital’s leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and ensure the business is future-ready.
